Free Express Shipping is available on all domestic orders within Australia with a shipping time of 2-5 days.
For international shipping a flat fee of $15.00 will be applied with a shipping time of 5-10 days.
Please allow 1 additional business day after order placement for processing.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed along with tracking information for your parcel.

To organize an exchange or return please send an email with your order number and request to info@ofthecollection.com. Alternatively visit our Contact Us section on the website and fill in the required information.
We offer returns and exchanges up to 30 days upon receiving your parcel. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in unworn, not altered, unwashed and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that the items were shipped in. Please be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments as we will be unable to accept your return or exchange if this happens.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are eligible for a return, our team will organise a shipping label for you to attach to the outside of our reusable mailer. Pack your item(s) that you are returning into the mailer and take the parcel to your nearest post office.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Successful returns can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing between payment providers.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days of issue, please contact us at info@ofthecollection.com.
Only full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We offer free exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please send us an email at info@ofthecollection.com or contact us via the Contact Us section on our website to arrange an exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
